Radius Corners

Radius corners are available for a functional and professional appearance with little or no burring.
Corner radius sizes are:
3/8" 1/2" 3/4" 1" 1.5" 2" 3"

Punched Holes

Punched holes can save you time of drilling and are produced with little or no burring. We place the holes exactly where you want. Just fax or email us your diagram!
Punched holes are available in the following sizes:
1/8" 3/16" 1/4" 5/16" 3/8" 1/2"

Shearing

Shearing is our specialty! The name "Custom Cut Aluminum" came from the idea that special size sheets and blanks should be easy to find without a long lead time. Along with our stock sizes, we custom shear to your specifications. We shear up to ten feet long in-house and operate three shears full-time to keep our lead time short. With the exception of large volume runs, your special cut item will take no longer than a stock item pulled from the shelf. A quality control supervisor will always check your order for squareness and tolerance (1/16").

Masking

Custom masking is available for all materials. Consider double masking for extra protection during shipping, handling and fabrication.

Panel Saw Cutting

We can custom cut our lamianted panels to the size you desire. Cut panels have a size tolerance of 1/8". Cuts are done on a professional panel saw and can be straight cuts only. No diagonals or curves.
