Rush Charges:
While we always strive to provide the quickest possible shipping of your order, sometimes that is still not fast enough. This fee and service would be subject to availability. For UPS orders it would mean same day shipping vs. 1-2 or 3 day standard lead time. There is a list of items shown below that are exempted and can ship same day for no additional fee if ordered before 1pm EST. For freight shipments it would mean taking an order that was quoted at 3-5 days and shipping in 2 days for example. WE WILL NOT PURPOSELY EXTEND OUR LEAD TIMES IN HOPES OF SELLING RUSH CHARGES!! We are simply trying to recover the extra costs associated with holding staff overtime and extra effort put forth to accommodate emergency orders.
Disclaimer: Just because you are willing to pay the Rush charge does not guarantee that we have the inventory or manpower to process your job. Please call first to see if we can offer this service based on your specific needs!!
Fee: $25.00 or 15% of the value of the order (whichever is greater, excludes shipping charges).
Exempted items : Hand Tools, Banners, Signgold, SolGold, Full boxes of wire step frames, Sealitpens.
(these items can usually ship same day for no extra charge) |

Returns Policy: No-fault returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as a pickup fee if we are not already delivering an order to you. Material must be returned in like-new condition for credit to be issued.
Defectives: Materials must be inspected upon receipt. Return requests due to error, defect, damage and no-fault must be within 10 days of receipt of order.
Ink Adhesion: Screen printers should ALWAYS perform an ink test before printing. While we will work hard and do our best to provide a replacement order if for any reason your material fails to adhere to its ink…we cannot be responsible for lost labor and expenses due to a customer printing their entire order before testing ink adhesion. With all the changes in paint and ink formulas today…past success is not a guarantee of future results. |

Sizing Tolerance Definitions
- Uniform: All pcs measure the same. When stacked there would not be any difference between the blanks. This may require trimming 1/16” undersize to accomplish this. Example would be screen printers who need all blanks to be exactly the same size.
- Square: Diagonals of the sheet or blank measure the same. Length and Width may not be exact. Example is for fitting pcs into a frame or back support structure.
Exact: Length and Width would be exact but this does not guarantee squareness. Example would be for fitting multiple panels together for a large multi-panel sign. |
