Hello Brian,
It was a pleasure to meet you at the Sign Business Show in Columbus last week. I mentioned to you how much we appreciate the EXCELLENT JOB that Custom Cut Aluminum does on the blanks we buy from you.
We have bought aluminum sign blanks from other suppliers, and often they arrive with damaged corners, or scratched surfaces. Your methods of packaging using protective cardboard for the corners, and the clear film on the painted surfaces are the difference.
Your Customer Service people have always been knowledgeable and courteous, and when they say they will call back, they do.
Thanks Again, and keep up the good job!
